Who We Are

Firmly Planted, Inc. is all about partnering with you to grow beauty throughout the world.

We got our start in 2009 when Jeff Jones, a veteran in the nursery industry, decided he wanted to find a way to provide free landscaping services to not-for-profit organizations as well as those living in low-income housing. Aware that many in the nursery industry were looking for a simple way to give back to their communities, Jeff created an easy go-between, making sure the generous donations made it to those who needed them most.

Since then, Firmly Planted, Inc. has grown in ambition and scope. In 2010 we began partnering with an orphanage in Guatemala, providing funds to make sure that each child receives the medical attention they need! And to make it up to the kids for sending them to the dentist, we also work with the orphanage to provide each and every one of them with a birthday party on their big day. This is especially important for a girl’s 15th birthday (called a quinceañera), which is considered almost as important as her wedding! Back in the States, we have partnered with various schools, churches, low-income centers, and not-for-profit organizations such as Habitat For Humanity, increasing both the quality and quantity of our work.

Our mission is to connect the nursery industry and anyone interested with people in need in the Pacific Northwest and around the world by providing a conduit for businesses to generously donate landscaping resources and charitable funds. We make sure that 100% of donations given to those who need them! No “administrative fees” here!

We want our communities to develop healthy roots and, with your help, we can work toward a future in which those who live in these communities grow up firmly planted in health, happiness, and the freedom to flourish.
